Job Tasks

PDA/CDA in the workplace

Ergonomic assessments in office and industrial settings

Return to Work assessment, planning and monitoring

Training for workers in the workplace

Assessment in client homes and workplaces

Requirements:

Occupational Therapist registered in the province of Ontario

Back ground in kinesiology or ergonomics preferred

CRTWC or CDMP preferred

PGAP certification preferred

Must have a vehicle and willing to travel for work activities

Locations:

Located within South Western Ontario between London and Toronto preferred

All areas of Canada considered
