ABSTRACT:
This presentation outlines the use of functional ability assessments when an individual cannot return to regular work in the vocational rehabilitation process. The presentation outlines the hierarchy of return to work and a step by step process to determine when to use FAE's in planning vocational pursuits when the original job is no longer available or feasible.
