• Understanding the causes and treatments for common mental health conditions
• How to discern the difference between mental health issues and performance issues
• Intensive case discussion and implementation strategies (participants can submit their own complex case examples for review)
• Developing, implementing and monitoring the RTW process
• Identification of complex barriers
• What are the strategies that work and how to build those into SAW/RTW plans
• Writing and implementing sustainable RTW plans
• Identification of the resources and when to use the right resources at the right time
