This toolkit provides an employer with the steps to manage a return to work process for an individual with mental health conditions.  It includes an outline of the legal obligations, the steps for return to work and specific strategies and tools that can be used in the process.   A presentation outline is included to be used with managers or supervisors to understand how to assist with return to work.
