COURSE SUMMARY:

• Understand the fundamentals of cognition, cognitive demands, and the role of CDAs in disability management
• Learn the skills to complete a CDA step-by-step, including how to prepare, how to objectively assess a job using tools, and how to document.
• Get advanced tips on how to create a return-to-work plan using cognitive accommodations, tools, and resources
• Submit a sample CDA to the instructor after the workshop to receive feedback on your new skills
• After you complete a successful CDA, you will receive a certificate of completion.
