Neurodiversity Inclusion: Supporting Every Mind at Work

April 22, 2026 | 10:30am ET to 3:30pm ET

Neurodiversity and inclusion are hot topics in workplaces right now, but how can you go from awareness to actionable strategies? This training helps you understand how different minds work and how to create environments where everyone is supported, respected, and able to contribute their strengths.

You will learn the realities of neurodivergent experiences at work, common barriers, and what practical changes make a real difference. We focus on clear strategies you can apply right away such as communicating effectively, designing inclusive processes, and supporting individuals with dignity and confidence.

You will walk away with:

  • A clear understanding of neurodiversity in the workplace
  • Insight into common challenges and misconceptions
  • Practical tips to build a more inclusive and supportive workplace
  • A toolkit with strategies to support your learning post-workshop

 Included in the training:

  • Opportunities for interaction and skills practice with the instructor and group
  • You will be given time for a 30-minute lunch break and two 10-minute breaks during the training

Who should attend:
Leaders, HR professionals, managers, health teams, DEI champions, or anyone wanting to better understand and support neurodivergent employees, colleagues, or themselves.
