Can I choose my therapist?
Finding an Occupational Therapist in your local area that fits your needs isn’t always easy – that’s why we do it for you! We match you with highly skilled Occupational Therapists who can provide services either in-person or virtually depending on your needs. If you aren’t satisfied with your therapist, please let us know and we will do our best to find you a better match.
What if I need to cancel the referral or my employee needs to cancel their appointment?
We require 24-hours' advance notice for any appointment cancellations or a cancellation fee will apply.
Do you offer mental health services?

Are you able to provide ergonomic programs to employees who work virtually?
We understand that as technology advances, so does the virtual office. Are your employees spread out in virtual offices across the country? Our virtual program for office ergonomics will provide education and support for employees spread out in various locations without the cost of expensive travel. This comprehensive assessment process gives every employee the education and support needed to stay healthy at work, even if work is your home office or a mobile site.

I signed up for a live event or online course. Where can I get the information about my training, including the Zoom link, any documents, etc.?
Meeting, sign-in, or course information will be sent to you via email. Please check your spam email for any emails related to your training and whitelist our email address [email protected] so that you can receive these emails.
I didn’t receive any emails from you/I can’t open any of the links sent to me.

I can’t register for this event in your online store. How can I sign up?
If you are having technical difficulties on our website, please try accessing the checkout page on another browser. If you continue to experience difficulties, please email us at [email protected] or through our Contact form and we can help register you and/or process any payments.
I have purchased an online course. How do I sign in?
Go to www.gowantraining.com.
Click on My Library or Login in the navigation bar and sign in using your password and the email you registered for the course with.
On the Library tab, you will see a list of any products you have purchased. Your lessons will be available to watch on www.gowantraining.com and you can download any extra materials from the right tab.
If you did not create a log in or have forgotten your password, please email us at [email protected] and we will set you up with a new password.
How long do I have access to the course or program I have signed up for?
You have access to all your purchased courses and membership for as long as your account is in good standing and as long as we offer it on this platform.
I would like to talk to my instructor or a consultant about the course. How do I get in touch with the instructor?
We are here to support you in your transition to online training. You can book time with your trainer at any time through your course page or through Calendly.
I need a certificate of attendance. How do I access this certificate?
If you signed up for a free webinar, you will receive a general certificate of attendance via email.
If you signed up for a paid event or online course, please email us at [email protected] and we would be happy to send you a personalized certificate for your training.
I missed the live event. Is it possible to get a recording or the presentation slides from this event?
If you missed one of our free events, we would be happy to share the recording with you. We upload free recordings on the Gowan Consulting YouTube page. Make sure to subscribe to our channel so that you do not miss our future recordings. You can also contact us at [email protected] for the recording or the slides.
I would like to have a group sign up for a program. How do I register?
For groups of more than three participants, contact us and we will help register your team and send you an invoice for payment. We can also offer customized programming for larger groups.
What if I need to cancel the registration because I cannot attend? Can I get a refund?
If you cancel two weeks in advance, we provide a full refund or transfer to another date or program.
If you cancel less than one week in advance, we provide a 50% refund or transfer to another date or program.
If you cancel three days or less in advance, we do not provide refunds or transfers.
For the online modules you are provided immediate access to the online program at sign up; therefore, you will not be able to receive a refund.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
If you are dissatisfied with the program, please let us know as we want to ensure that you have what you need to support your ongoing learning. Our reputation in adding value is so important to us that if you do not receive the learning that you expected, we will want to work with you to get what you need. We guarantee that we will provide you with valuable information in all our programs or we will give your money back.
How can I get a video or customized session for my team?
To get a video for your whole team, contact us and we can provide a download link so you can share the video with all your employees at a discounted rate. We also are happy to present to your team live either virtually or in-person.
