Sustainability and Responsibility Commitment
At Gowan Consulting, our commitment to workplace wellness extends beyond the individual—we strive to build healthy, inclusive, and sustainable communities. This means caring for the people we serve, the environments we impact, and the systems we work within.
Gowan Consulting acknowledges that we operate and collaborate with Occupational Therapists across the traditional and unceded territories of many Indigenous Nations across Canada. We honour the enduring presence, resilience, and stewardship of First Nations, Métis, and Inuit peoples on these lands.

Environmental Sustainability and Social Responsibility
We are committed to reducing our environmental impact by seeking innovative ways to deliver services and support workplaces. This includes expanding our remote and hybrid services and consultations, reducing paper products, and using sustainable procurement practices when possible.
We also strive to make a difference in our communities, including offering discounted services for non-profit organizations and mentorship programs for students. We are involved in health and disability advocacy efforts across the nation, with the goal of reducing stigma about health challenges at work, expanding opportunities and access to healthcare for all employees, and building healthier workplaces.
