Within two business days of referral, our team finds the most qualified Occupational Therapist to take on your file. Services typically begin within ten days of referral, depending on location and service type. After assessment, our quality control team and Clinical Leads review the OT's recommendations to ensure excellence before issuing the report, within ten days of the final assessment date. Timely access to care is a priority, and we do our utmost to meet organizational needs while meeting clinical requirements.

Client services are delivered in the environments where employees need support to function, including in the workplace, at home, in the community, or virtually. This approach allows for practical, relevant assessment and recommendations that reflect real-world demands.
