Ergonomics Training
Ergonomic challenges can affect employee comfort, safety, productivity, and overall well-being across office, remote, industrial, healthcare, and other work environments. When physical and cognitive job demands are not well matched to employees’ abilities or work conditions, organizations may experience increased discomfort, musculoskeletal injuries, absenteeism, and lost productivity.
Gowan Consulting’s Ergonomics Training helps employees and organizational leaders understand how work can be designed to support safer, healthier, and more effective performance. Led by an Occupational Therapist, the training connects ergonomic principles to participants’ work environments and equips them to recognize concerns, reduce risks, and make informed improvements.
